- I quit my engineering job of 6 years at United Technologies (Hamilton Sundstrand) and decided to start a new chapter in my life. I joined the Peace Corps September 2008 and am currently in service as a 3rd year extendee. I am placed on Zanzibar as a Health Volunteer working on the USAID Deliver Project, strengthening health logistics systems, with the Ministry of Health. From Sept 2008-Nov 2010, I worked in the Mbeya region of Tanzania as an Education/ICT volunteer teaching computer engineering at a technical institution of higher learning (similar to a small college).
